True Touch is a fantastic local business that I highly recommend. Their staff and the owner truly care about their clients and they go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I highly recommend them for massages and their fitness classes are so much fun too! Check them out!

When I started going there I made multiple apts with different therapists to find one that worked well for me. They had a long list of registered massage therapists. I ended up deciding that Brooke worked best for me. I saw her 1-2 times each month for about 6 months. I used the app to book appts which I really preferred. My last appt really turned me off of this place though... I had booked an apt with Brooke using the app. I had gotten email and text confirmations stating my appt was with Brooke. Day of I walk in and Brooke isn't there. They tell me my apt is with someone else. My first 2 thoughts were, maybe I used the app wrong and booked with the wrong person and if it wasn't that I would have really appreciated a heads up that Brooke wasn't available. Even while I stood in front of them they could have asked if I agreed with the change. I was confused and felt obligated to take this apt because I still wasn't sure if it was me who had made the mistake. The apt ended up being with one of the girls I had had a massage from before. I didn't go back to her for a reason. She's rough. Instead of pressure in the right places and a steady hand she crunches over knots with fast, but strong hands. Also, without asking and without warning she put icy hot ALL over my back at the end of the massage. I left there shivering and tense. When I got home I checked my emails and sure enough I had booked my apt correctly and my email stated it was with Brooke. I called, and called, and called asking for the manager/owner. She was never available. I left my number and never got a call back. I seriously cannot remember the amount of times I called. I wanted to ask if it was standard to change therapists without notice. I did not want this scenario to happen again and needed to know that next time I would be notified if it did. She has never returned my call. I recently tried to book another apt with Brooke through the app and her name wasn't there. Called and they confirmed she had moved on and was no longer there. This solidified my decision to not return. If I was able to speak to someone about my concern and how uncomfortable that change was for me I probably would consider continuing to be a customer. Response to owner I called multiple times to have my concerns heard. You ignored me until a review was posted. In the future I suggest calling your clients back before a review that all can see is posted. I was a paying client and deserved the opportunity to decide if I wanted to keep my appointment. I did not receive a phone call, voice mail, text, or email about the issue at hand. Very disappointing that this is the only way you are willing to address concerns. If Brooke was let go, that happens, not everywhere is a good fit for either party. However, my issue is not with her not being there, my problem is with how it was dealt with. I left multiple messages for you specifically that were never returned. Instead of focusing on the fact that Brooke was let go, maybe take responsibility for not returning calls.

If you are going in for a massage - make sure to see Danielle Marie. She is a miracle worker!! I have been to see her twice now to work out some very sore muscles in my legs and both times she has completely corrected it. I always leave feeling refreshed and my absolute best. She is truly amazing!

Laura and all her staff are always so warm and welcoming, and they genuinely care about making sure you receive the best treatment to suit your individual needs. They take the time to ensure the treatment will be beneficial and relaxing; the atmosphere in the rooms immediately makes you feel cozy and relaxed.
