Extremely unprofessional staff, their apartments are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs, and they don't do anything about it. Do not rent from here.
Very dirty apartment buildings, infested with cockroaches and all types of bugs. Inadequate maintenance. Apologetic and unprofessional Maintenance Dept coupled with Imperialist and unfriendly Administration/management. I am specifically referring to the Northview REIT in Québec, particularly in Montreal
The guy called Marcello is not a good guy. He is trying to scam you by promising you things just to get you to sign the lease. After you signed it, he will not care at all about you. Avoid this company!
Helpful when you have any issues with your apartment.
