True Fitness Windsor

The entire atmosphere is amazing, energetic staff that encourages progression with training. Extremely friendly staff that takes the time to learn about you as a person and invests their time in helping you succeed. I cannot say anything negative about my experience with True Fitness, everything has been a great adventure! My daughter has recently signed up and the staff treats her as an equal! Love it. Do yourself a favor and at least check it out!

Been going to this gym for about six months now and I couldn't be happier. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any concerns I have. The equipment is up to date and the whole atmosphere is clean and motivational. Seriously couldn't say enough good things about this gym. As someone who has been at other big gyms in the past, i can say that I'm a thousand times happier with this place.

I went to inquire about becoming a member , the staff girl was super nice and welcoming, she gave me a quick guided tour and all information and options available to me. Like the atmosphere. Gym appeared to have all equipment at good condition and not super crowded

I have been going to the gym for about four months and have lost 15 Lbs and 11 inches. I have a great trainer and used their nutrition program. Best decision of my life to choose this gym. They really care about your success.
