I have trusted Troy with many of my vehicles over the years and recommend his business very highly. I’ve never had any issues with any of their work. Real stand up guy! Great staff as well!
Just finished having my car in for an oil change and a MVI at Troy's. He pointed out issues that will need attention down the road, he actually showed me while the car was on the hoist, in common language that made sense. Good job, fair price.
Nothing but the highest recommendation to these guys. They have absolutely saved me more than once, they are so friendly and really care about the job they do and the service they provide. Absolutely the best!
My mother had her car in for an MVI, they told her it needed a rear left e brake cable and it would cost $300 plus tax. She paid for the appointment and she was told she would have to re-pay for the MVI when she came in and had the work done. Not how MVI’s work. You pay and have an MVI, fix the deficiencies in a set amount of time and then they put the sticker on. None of this double charge nonsense. She went to another shop to get a second opinion and they found a ball joint in the front that you could bang around with your hand it was so bad which this shop did not find. Also, the parking brake cable is fine.nnIt’s one thing to try and create unnecessary work but to not find a huge safety concern is egregious. You’re lucky she got a second opinion because if not and you guys MVI’d it with the ball joint that bad and it let go you’d have a big lawsuit on your hands.
These folks are the real deal. Legit. I came in for brake issues & it turned out my car needed a fair amount of work done to be safe. I know absolutely nothing about cars, but, Troy showed me exactly what needed to be done. They could have easily ripped me off, but, I paid A LOT less than I expected.nnI had to get a tow to the garage, and, even the CAA driver said Troy's is the best place to go to around here.nnAlso, they are super friendly AND they have a couple arcade games! How cool is that?nnThey are now my go-to garage & I highly recommend them.nnThanks, guys.
