Absolute dump, can’t get into hoppers to sweep out, their provided air hoses have leaks everywhere so they’re useless. And last but not least, why the hell do they have to do inventory during the day makin you wait for hours when they could do it at a time that doesn’t totally screw up everyone else’s day.
Loaded Canola meal in rain storm. Trouw wouldn't let get into hoppers to sweep out.nThere system of air to clean was completely inadequate for how wet the Canola meal was.nEnded up dumping a number of tons at truck wash in Lethbridge. Amazing how these companies want you to do the job but take away the tools or don't provide adequate tools to do it properly. The no going in hoppers rule was probably made by someone who has never been a truck driver. I wonder who paid for the loss of Canola meal that got dumped at the truck wash.

Did not enjoy this place had a scheduled load and wouldn’t take due to inventory and rude
We received 24 tons of spoiled/moulded calves pellets 3 months ago and despite numerous attempts to get ahold of them to get reimbursed or compensated, we haven't heard from them. Horrible company to deal with. Finally, we had been doing business with this company for decades previously with Landmark feeds, which was bought back by Trouw Nutrition and this relationship has definitely been broken for good. Cargill feeds is going to be our go to for the future.
