Trona Valley Credit Union is always a great place to visit and do business. I've never had a bad experience there, the staff are always smiling and friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And they have fresh free popcorn everyday!.
Holy moly - this is the best bank I have ever been a client of and still am. I am so glad they bank share and I can use other credit unions along with them! I am sad I had to move out of Evanston so I cannot drive up to this building whenever but when I was there, I opened 3 accounts and got a personal loan to pay off some debt - with a much lower interest rate. : I walked in needing something, had a great, smooth experience - the people that helped me were nice and fast - got what I needed and walked out with my business done. I have had a smooth experience bank sharing down here in Utah with them. Great bank right in the small town of Evanston. Wheelchair accessibility, great parking situation, convenient location on the corner. And love their app, it's easy to navigate and use.
I love the Evanston Branch!!! They have the best customer service from the time you walk threw the doors or pull up to the Drive Thru window ALWAYS everyone always have nice smiles and GREAT attitudes.. All of the Staff go out of there way to make sure every experience is GREAT!!! If you have any questions or concerns and for sum reason the don’t know the answer they go and ask until they can find someone that can give you the answer.. They all work together as a TEAM..
The online banking is the absolutely worst I have ever seen. It's not user friendly. It's complicated to work, login, make payments, and connect an external account. Making a payment is completely complicated and a pain. This app and making payments makes me want to sell my car and never use their bank again.
I love this place, they have been Amazing in helping with all of our moms financial stuff. I love that you are always greeted with a friendly smile and you are helped with that same friendliness. They are happy to answer any question no matter how trivial it may seem. These ladies are a great bunch, they are very educated with all the latest banking techniques. They go above and beyond to help you in every way possible.
Love this bank, worked with me in a rough financial time. I am giving it a 5* due to they do not have a 4.5 ... The bank and all the employees are great my only complaint is I wish the inside had an ATM. I ABSOLUTELY DISLIKE where their outside ATM is. It has nothing to do with the employees or the bank itself but the building planner really should of chose a better spot for the ATM.
Been credit unioning here since about 2002. Love it
I currently have 3 auto loans. One with Wells Fargo, one with Mountain America and one with Trona Valley. I switched Insurance companies last year and sent my proof of insurance in to all 3 banks. Wells Fargo updated my information, Mountain America updated my information and Trona Valley can't seem to get things done right. I have taken my insurance information in 3 times now and they still won't remove the insurance they added to my loan causing my credit report to get hit with a late payment. Don't due loans through a little credit union that can't seem to get their act together.
The staff in the Evanston are very friendly and sufficient, they make getting a loan easy and fast. The ladies up front are extremely welcoming and professional, would highly recommend this credit union.
Great for personal accounts. They will throw money at you if you want a loan for cars, ATV or camp trailers. They're clueless about working with business accounts and the kind of lending they need. They seem to remodel the lobby frequently.
