Garbage company. Total garbage. Just walked 3km with a 50 pound automotive battery because these fools wouldn't even pick up the phone. Do you know what business you're in? Don't give them your business. Walk at any cost. Garbage.

Worst Taxi company in the whole world. Even a taxi coming from Saint John would reach earlier. Was told taxi would take 20 minutes and ended up waiting one hour and half. that was after i called them more than 20 times. if i haven't called them then the taxi would never have showed up. If you really care about customer service then you should really need to improve yourself. Atleast give a reasonable estimate of the time of arrival. would even be better to have an App (such as UBER) to show exactly how far the taxi driver is. Unless you improve your service, i will never call this company again.

Dont waste your time with this "company" no answer out of the 15+ times ive tried calling and has took over 2 hours for the taxi to get where my destination was.
