Unorganized staff. They schedule you an appointment, and you get SMS and email confirmation, lost a day at work to arrive there, and get notified that the appointment got canceled because one of the items for the procedure didn't arrived. What makes this situation even worse is the receptionist not apologizing about what happened. This is not a free service where you have to accept what you get. I'm really disappointed with them. For a costly service like that, I was expecting better treatment from their staff.
Complete waste of money. After paying over $6500 for my daughter, her teeth came back to where we started crocket, I asked them several times to give her metal retainer but dr. Trites said she doesn’t need it. I got advice from few more dr. They all sold she should’ve got metal retainer to prevent teeth movement. I have to pay another $3500 to other dr. To fix her teeth again. So unhappy with the work
Dr Trites has been wonderful with my family. He has worked hard to provide our children with great smiles. The experience at the office is always comfortable and welcoming. My children really enjoy going to see Dr Trites and his staff. We are now on our 3rd family member in treatment and would recommend Dr Trites for all of your Orthodontic needs. Thank you.
We always have a great experience at Trites. Never a problem and the staff is so awesome. I am a bit concerned that I let the appointments go not realizing she had to have her bottom retainer tightened ... thinking it was doing it's job - but that's on me - I likely didn't realize this was part of the final process - My daughter mentioned that they cannot be fixed now ?
Initially the service was great however over time I felt the staff and Dr Trites weren’t as invested in keeping their patients happy. My son kept waiting longer and longer for each appointment, we constantly had to remind staff about what they had given as advice/ direction, the front staff were unfriendly. When we finally got his braces off and he received his retainer, they were unwilling to assist with getting it fixed or even see him for follow up.
I have been with Dr. Brian Trites for 2 years and I got my braces off today. I can 100% tell you it was worth the wait. Completely in LOVE with my smile and I feel in love with all the hygienists. Highly recommend Trites Orthodontics if you are looking to get braces. Can proudly say that I'm ecstatic to have this smile for life.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Trites for 2 years and I just got my braces off! I would highly recommend Trites Orthodontics to anyone in the Fredericton area looking to recieve orthodontic treatment. Dr. Trites is highly experienced and his staff are friendly, competent and efficient I rarely had to wait long for an appointment. In addition to braces, I required jaw surgery to correct my bite. Jaw surgery is a very stressful process, and it was not only effectively coordinated by Dr. Trites and his staff, but Dr.Trites provided me with enough information and reassurance to reduce the stress as much as possible. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience as a patient of Dr. Trites, and most importantly, my teeth turned out perfect!!
Trites did not rush the process of my son getting braces. Everything was done gradually with minimal discomfort. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly and the end results are well worth it. Highly recommend!
Dr. Trites and the staff at Trites Orthodontics have been great to me over the last two years. I just finished my Invisalign and could not be happier with the final results. Lindsey and Christie have been very patient with the several questions I had regarding the care of my Invisalign. During the removal appointment, Dr. Trites ensured all of my teeth were even by shaping them, which I greatly appreciated. I will always recommend Dr. Trites to any friends and/or family who are seeking orthodontic treatment. Thank you for making sure I was comfortable and satisfied during every appointment!
