When your pool liner breaks at 8pm and starts threatening to leak into your basement, Tristar is who you want to call! They drove an hour to get to us and sucked our pool dry before any damage could be done!! They saved us and for a very reasonable price too! Thank you Ty!!!!
Ty and the crew are were great to work with , Showed up and quoted right away , came in the did the job fast/clean and right on the money for the quote. thanks again for helping me with my project guys, and the free inspection of the old tank was nice too ; I highly recommend them if you need anything done with a Hydrovac!!!
Great service and super friendly. Went above and beyond to help us out and locate the clog that caused the septic issue. We found him to be, not only helpful and friendly but very honest. We are now going to use him as a regular service for our home and business. He made searching for this service easy and we are happy to support his company! Highly recommended.
Needed my tank pumped/inspected immediately. It was -25C out, I have a very steep/winding driveway, I had called every other company in Vernon/kelowna area, most either wouldn’t answer or did not want to bother. I called Ty with Tristar, told him the situation and he did not hesitate, on his way within a hour. Couldn’t make it up the hill initially, stopped and put his chains on half way up. He did not charge extra for the time to do that or tank size/dump fees etc... He was in and out, considerably cheaper and during a heavy snow and cold snap we haven’t seen in many years. I was impressed and thankful for saving money and time. Wish I called them first
Don't let this company over charge you and do a slow job . Just dont
Ty was great, highly recommended, as a tradesman working along his side, Ive noticed him go above and beyond his scope of work to help the customer.
I called them for a quote and availability he said he was super busy but would fit it in asap for me,I told him I wouldn't be home but the tank was out in front of the house.he called later on in the day to tell me my tanks were full lol and they were rinsed out and good to go and that he had to dig my lid out a bit and there would be no charge.when i got home you couldn't even tell he was in the yard great service would recommend this company to anyone.thanks again
