Would not recommend, we called triple s Wednesday or Thursday and they told us they would be here to pump out our septic this passed Friday before new years eve , Friday came so we called in the morning and the lady couldn't even give us a window of when they could come , then we called again around 12pm and the lady still couldn't tell us when but said they were coming and that they would call 30min before, so we waited.... Never called us ..Never showed up! Worst customer service I've seen in my life!

Thank you for the friendly, professional service. From the moment we called until the job was done, we were treated with courtesy - which is huge. The job was done with care and we are good to go! Our muscovy duck even tried to help the gentlemen out a bit. Would recommend!

worst experience with a plumber that I ever had. They charged for a service call the 1st time they came out - all they did was evaluate the situation, tell me they didn’t have the parts on the truck and would have to come back out. They said when they came back out they would have one plumber do the install and the other plumber do the shut off valves. When they came back out, there was only one of them that did both so of course it took quite a bit longer. With the toilet install, the plumber said the floor tiles weren’t level but thought it should work anyway so installed it. Then, a couple weeks later I had to have him come back out because the toilet kept wobbling. I had to install additional tile to level the area. Over a week later they came back out and installed a new flange cuz the other had cracked and reinstall the toilet. Then I got a bill for the reinstall saying that I had insisted he install it the first time thus I had to pay for the reinstall. The toilet is still wobbling but I certainly can not afford to pay them to come back out and fix their error for the 2nd time.Service: Toilet installation
