my wife's deceased aunt's siblings have kept the account paid for a year and here there's a red lock on the door. father in law calls to ask why but they can't answer. said they'll call back. ok, we're leaving the state tomorrow morning, so I doubt we'll be able to help with anything. waste of a trip. and he's now telling me this is normal for this outfit. store your stuff elsewhere.

Phone reservation employee was polite and knowledgeable. Unit was safe and secure and next to a dog park, what fun! We surely didn't expect the refund check in the mail for early check out. Thank you for keeping our long distance move run smoothly

Have issues with returning your money when you cancel your unit because you didn’t need it. Have been waiting over two weeks for refund. Finally got our refund after a big hassle. Units are nice from what we seen from the outside and overall customer service was polite, but far to many excuses as to why our refund kept slipping through the cracks.

Great facility with unit size I could not find anywhere else. Loved the 11x30 with a 10ft door. Made storing my boat easy!
