I would not have them come to pump out your septic tanks if you are not home. A few years ago they came, my husband already had the covers off. They pumped the 2 chambers out. Did not clean the screen. So not too much later we had a problem....100%their fault....they came again and billed us again....so.e discussion took place and we resolved the issue. Last month I called to get on a list to have it done if the truck was going to be in the area, therefore splitting the travel time to and from the neighborhood to save money. They arrive, they don't know where the tank is, I point it out, they pump out one tank, I See them packing up to go. I tell them there's two tanks, they're like No there only one. I was like ya there's another one I cut them some slack, I mean there was a 1/4 inch of dirt and 7 dandelions on that cover So they clean that, they suction the filter...no water or rinsing involved... They were here and gone in 37 minutes. Perfect. Nope, a week later I get the bill for $300+....... What the what?? Yes, billed for 2 full hours..... I call, I explain that by waiting for a month ish for them to come when they have multiple jobs in the neighborhood then we all split travel etc. So why is my bill for 2 full hours? I get they have to go dump, etc. She reluctantly agreed with me and deducted a whopping half hour off my bill. So I paid for 90 minutes and got 37.....… Probably going to try someone else next time.....

Crew were good they called ahead and kept is informed.  Thank you Tyler  good job very knowledgeable.

Excellent service! Incredible response time would highly recommend to anyone in the local area.
