tripcentral.ca St Laurent

We wandered in to the Trip Central shop in the St. Laurent Mall, on a bit of a whim really, not having booked through a service before. Jean Arseneau greeted us and although closing time, he engaged us in a relaxed discussion of a European Vacation. He was quick to follow up with us the next day and quickly understood our interests and needs, soon coming up with a wonderful option for us at a pleasantly surprising price. As we finalized our plans, Jean was very patient and helpful with our little tweaks and adjustments. All in all we are now booked and ready to travel. We’ll definitely travel through Jean and TripCentral again. You’d do well to deal with Jean if you’re looking to travel. He’s very pleasant, efficient and totally in-the-know. Happy trails!!

This was the second time Jennifer Collard assisted us with a trip booking, and as with the last time, she was great - responsive, good advice, and willing to answer all my questions. I would recommend Trip Central, and Jennifer in particular.
