Worse than poor to fair. Horrible... I got the deluxe manicure with decals and less than 24 hours later only one fingernail still had all it's polish and the decals also fell off.. I did nothing strenuous other than take a shower. I called and talked to the owner, Sam, and he said that there was nothing that he could do. He accused me of scratching off the polish. I paid $71.00 for this and am totally disappointed as I am going out of town. I think it is more disappointing to be accused of damaging it from the owner. The person who did my nails was wonderful, but I think the product was possibly bad. This establishment is on Signal Road in Fort McMurray and it definitely not the place to go to get your nails done.

I have been to many salons in Fort Mcmurray and time after time I continue to be disappointed. Trinity Salon was no exception, if anything the service was then poor, it was insanly horrible. First of all I was quoted 90 dollars are for root touch up, no big deal as I'm sure this is probably the going rate anyway. After the stylist applied the color to my roots she proceeded with the rest of the employees to a back room/back door to smoke. The second cigarette smoke was so strong it caused me to choke up and my eyes started watering as I am super sensitive to second hand smoke. Its 2013, no one should have to worry about second hand smoke. Anyway after the color was finished I asked the stylist if she had enough time to do a quick bang/hair trim. I guess in order to fit the cut in she could only half blow dry my hair, AND then on top of that she wanted to flat iron my hair while it was still damp??? I'm not a stylist but I am not stupid either, I wouldn't flat iron damp hair so I don't expect someone to try and make it a part of the "hair style " i'm paying for. I left her chair with my hair half blow dried without her even styling it. I went to pay for the crappy service I just recieved and was shocked when the receptionist gave me a total of 157.75 dollars. I immediately asked for a breakdown in the price. 90 dollars for a color and 52.50 for the horrible hair trim I recieved. I paid her and left in complete shock. When I arrived home I realized the pricing still didnt add up to the amount I paid. I called the salon only to be met with confrontation with one of the employees. After a few minutes of her basically calling me a lair and providing no reasonable explanation for the amount of money I was charged, I told her I was super disapointed in the service I recieved. She responded by saying well your stylist said you can come and get your 10 dollars back???? There was so much about this experinced that sucked and to be degraded on the phone like that was just unexceptable in my eyes. If your going to be in the service industry be fair and actually provide the service people are paying you for without a nasty attitude. I reccommend staying away from the less than average standards of Trinity Salon. Besides the sanitary conditions of the salon are also less than average.

I had a brazilian bikini wax at this salon & spa about a week ago. I just moved to town, and I was looking for a decent esthetician. I arrived at the salon at my scheduled time, and was made to still wait 45 minutes! Without much of an apology, the esthetician took me to the waxing table and proceeded to wax me raw! She ripped off so much of my skin, and I'm not even taking any medications that would cause this! I have been getting brazilian waxes religiously for 5 years now, and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had.
