Do not use Tri County Communications Cooperative, their customer service is horrible it takes 30 minutes to get a technician on the phone only to be told it’s another 30 minutes to find your account all of this just for them to fix a problem they caused when they attempted to fix another problem they caused. Internet service is spotty at best and I get better results using my cellular service than I do TCC internet. Again please use Satellite because TCC is horrible. I called back 5 days later because I was still having the same problem and their fix was even worse this is the screen that I have seen for the last hour. If you believe nothing on the internet believe this. DO NOT USE TCC go with Satellite and Starlink. Heck go dial-up before you deal with this horrible business they are a horrible horrible organization. If you don’t want to use Satellite move somewhere where you will get better service

Always had excellent service. One day I went up there and asked themDavid if they could send me a email that said my internet was out so I could verify with my work why I could not get signed in internet was out. I even offered to pay 25 dollars . The man David told me “No Way” because I was not being truthful.he stated that since there was no internet outage he could not send an email to ME saying it was

They did a great job getting what I needed today so I had wifi. My computer is running great. They are very quick and friendly! Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to do. Thank you!

Always answer if not call back as quick as they can. Super helpful. I've spoken to many employees and they're all very kind. If I had to move and could not have TCC I would definitely cry. Tcc internet is the only thing I have and it's great. I use it for gaming, streaming, music, etc. Works great. little pricey but ultimately worth it everytime. Less outages and faster speeds.

Sure would have been nice to know that you were closed on December 27. Your website said you were open. When I got there to return my DVR box today the sign said closed. Could have saved a trip if I would have known you were closed.

Forgot to pay my bill this month cause we’ve been so busy and they shut off my wifi after they were already closed so now we gotta go an entire night without wifi

TV service is mediocre and very expensive for what you get. Internet was very unreliable, that has improved considerably. Unfortunately there are few alternatives in the area. Dish and Directv are both cheaper with better service. Internet... the only other alternative is the same price.

Well, what can I say. I gave this service 1 star and a nasty bitter truth review a couple years ago. I'm very surprised now because I cant not give them 5 stars. They have changed. TCC Coop has changed so much that now it's how the buisness shouldve been in the beginning. They have changed their internet speed packages. Significantly. And the internet has become way more stable. And the prices in my opinion are more fair for the speeds we're getting and the stability were getting. Customer service has been more helpful and attentive where before they just didnt even want to bother answering questions or helping. It's almost like someone read this review and many others and decided to listen because they have done a complete turnaround from what they used to be. I have to say I'd actually recommend them now. They're still a bit expensive but the prices are more competitive. Not perfect but it's ok they're changing and doing better. Their hardware has changed, stability has changed, customer service has changed reliability has changed. I havent had a ping or jitter or download or upload speed or server hopping fluctuation since they changed their stuff. Since they increased bandwidth. Especially upload speed. Biggest thing I'm pleased with is they have increased their upload speed to match your download speed. Most people only know of download speeds but upload speed is just as important because it supports the download speed and for people like me who utilizes upload speeds more it's a nice cherry on top. 5 stars. Well done TCC Coop. And thank you.

They are always friendly but the wifi has been really slow lately!

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from TCC! I have had very few issues with my service and when I do they are taken care of in a VERY timely fashion!
