Simrat is amazing! She really cares about educating and advocating for your comfort and health. I previously experienced poor communication with the office, and she stepped in and helped make me regain confidence in the clinic. The staff also were receptive and helpful in response to my concerns.nnI’ve seen her for two separate issues:nn==Pelvic Floor==nShe was excellent in communicating the whole assessment and treatment process, going the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, due to some insurance issues, I had to cut my sessions short but she was able to provide helpful insight on what relaxation techniques to focus on - I’ve seen significant improvement in the last few months thanks to her advice.nn==Physiotherapy - Ankle Sprain==nMy ankle has been steadily recovering and regaining mobility. I appreciate that Sim takes the time to consider holistic care - I have flat feet and she’s made sure to incorporate exercises that will strengthen my arch and help me readjust my gait so not only does my ankle strengthen and recover, but it’s also helping to address my bunions.nnI highly recommend Sim, on top of being competent she has great warmth and is an excellent conversationalist.
Had a great experience at Triangle. I went to them in pretty bad shape but Simrat was so skillful. She helped me out every step of the way and I felt so much better in just a couple sessions. She’s wonderful at her job and counseled me all throughout. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist!!
I've been to triangle physiotherapy since 2021 and now I'm back due to car accident . Simrat is very good in taking care of me and very knowledgeable on what she does. They also help me with paper work. Anamarie the front desk lady is very nice she is very approachable. She always smile and make you feel welcome.
Trisha did a superb job for my mother. She's very passionate and motivated. Each session was very well planned out and executed. Amazing to see the progress during the time we worked with Trisha. It's great to have someone who cares about their patient and puts them first.nnTriangle certainly is the place to go if you need physio.
I have been seeing the Physiotherapist-Simrat- for several weeks now and the progress I have made is incredible. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely care about her patients. Every session is personalized and she takes the time to explain the exercises and the reasons behind them. I always feel comfortable and supported and my recovery has been faster than expected. Thanks to Simrat for her guidance. I highly recommend Simrat to anyone looking for an experienced and compassionate physiotherapist.
