Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and made me feel cared for!
Went in to see my primary care physician once again. She and the rest of the staff have always been very knowledgeable, help, and supportive of my healthcare needs. I've only had one other physician who was of equivalent quality and knowledge sadly he retired. I have not felt under cared for in any way and I'm happy to have such helpful people looking out for my health.
Dr. Grimes is amazing. She went through everyone's medical history before our new patient appointments and was up to speed on everything going on. She took time to listen and explain.everything during the appointments. We are very happy we switched from Sanford over to Dr. Grimes.
My elderly patents met us at the lake for a long 4 th of July week. Dad wasnt doing well and had an egg size lump on his neck. Tri Co Ottertail clinic got him in right away and referred him to Wadena hospital for further testing. With that came great communication with the Dr involved. She even spoke to his Primary in the cities. All within 48 hours I was able to assist my dad to get his up coming tests done ASAP its the cities so a week later. I praise the thoroughness and caring -knowledgeable Dr Jessica Anderson for keeping me in the loop And getting the primary DR on board!!!!! Thanks !!!!!!!
I have always had a positive experience at Tri-County Health Care Ottertail, from checking in at the desk, my nurse, my Dr. and the lab techs. All of them are courteous and professional, yet put me at ease like being in a group of well known friends.
I recently received a flu shot at the Ottertail clinic. I am not a big fan of shots but decided to go ahead and get one. Needless to say I was very nervous. Michelle Kern the nurse that gave me the shot was totally amazing. Never felt a thing. I didn't even know she was done until I saw her clean up. Very impressed.
I found this entire first time contact a prayer answered. Professional, kind, healing and effective. All staff were amazingly amazing. I am grateful as humanly possible. Thankyou Tri-county. You are a role model team!
Unsatisfying with the outcome of the last visit. Specialty Dr McCann was not as professional starting from the room visit to his notes on the MyChart. Stepped out the room without letting me know if the consultation was over. After that, he told me about my options that I had for my diagnose and when I tried to get back to him, he refuse to help for my recovery of my pain. Assuming I wanted to apply for disability where what I only wanted was to find healing for my foot pain. Planning on looking forward to move from providers and leaving Tri-County for another health organization.
I am very satisfied with the care I've been receiving at your facility. Everyone I have been in contact with has been very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend your facility to others.
Every one working there is always very friendly and seemed very concerned. Also they are very punctual on appointment times. I certainly would recommend them to anyone that needs medical assistance
