I called them, they came highly recommended, but they were training people and said they would call me back. But they never did call back. If they do call back, I'm hopeful that I can give them a 5* rating.

Jody has been my "go to person". Along with many others David, Carla, & Kaitlyn to name a few. They are ALL very helpful. They have helped me with SO MANY things.

Friendly service very commutative help me in a time of need

Depending on where you going expect to be super early They give the driver a time is 5 minutes before the time they give you. So waiting until the time the give u, you will miss the bus. I will say the door to door service is nice but that's it. There have been times when i cant get a bus at all and i have even had an incident where they cancelled my bus and did not tell me. After that i had to schedule a same day ride. At this point a cab is way more convenient and less hassel.

One thing is when you are sending them something at the address above, put PO Box 683, one thing of mine got rejected and sent back.

I love tri- cap! They do a lot of good things to help people out. I just wish they had a little wider reach. Moving from Benton County to Morrison cut me out from recieving help I could use right now... but that's no fault of theirs!

Amazing program but besides what TriCap has to offer the people I encountered were compassionate and understanding. I was greeted with a smile. The receptionist respected my privacy and did not push for information, as I had just walked in and requested a specialist for help. Within minutes I was in a private room working with a very friendly care women. She answered my sensitive questions , even suggested another program I knew nothing about, then introduced me to that program's specialist. ****5 plus stars ****
