Very disappointed. horrible hilight and cut. Over processed. Told her I processed quickly. Hilighhts not proportioned evenly. Very heavy in spots. Killed my hair on the right side and will take months to grow out. When she started to take off the cape I pointed out that she missed an entire section of hair. I left thinking I could fix it. Did not want any more cutting of my hair. Had all kinds of missed hairs. I got that cleaned up then tried to style my hair. No way to get a hair style from her cut. Three days later I start looking for someone to fix my mess. I paid good money to have to turn around and pay someone else to fix it. He said the cut was basically ok but that it was not cut to do anything. That's why I could not get it to do anything. I might suggest being more attentive to customers and not self absorbed in personal issues. Those are always best left outside the office door. I will chalk it up to someone having an off day, but I will not be back. You

Love this salon. I have never gotten my hair done there yet however I have had lashes done by Courtney and make up tattoo's by Kathi and both are amazing. The salon is so cute and adorable.

Kati does my hair and she is the best! Always gives me my "Pinterest" looking hair and has great prices. Kathy does my permanent make up and is seriously the BEST in Idaho! Has 15+ years of experience and always gives me the look I want.

Kari is amazing! I always enjoy going in and being in the salons atmosphere. Fun and cute! I love going because when I come out, I feel amazing.
