Terrible customer service and people skills. Why are you a Purolator drop-off centre if you blatantly refuse to help people with their shipping needs and inquiries? Seems a little backwards to me.

How about not verbally berating your customers because they are an inconvenience to your personal phone calls, during working hours? I would give this place zero stars if I could. They act as a Purolator drop point, and when we picked up our package today, we were instantly berated by the staff member. In addition to, she slammed our package onto the counter to emphasize how much of an inconvenience we were. Terrible, terrible customer service.
