After different experiences in the past I was incredibly surprised by how helpful someone was for hex nuts for my garage, I've been going back since for other items and have always had super friendly and helpful staff. Big improvements since 5 years ago and I'm glad I don't have to go to Belleville anymore!
I needed 2 lengths of siding to match siding at home. Home Hardware could do my custom order and when I picked it up helped me cut it to fit in my SUV.nVery helpful. It's surprising what you can find in this small store.nParking and entrance are the drawbacks here. Parking spots are very tight. Big bumps leaving the parking lot make it a challenge to exit into busy traffic.
I went there wanting to purchase a Canadian made counter top. They are made here in Trenton. The employee told me they don’t measure only install and gave me a paper to measure myself. SAID NOTHING about it being for a quote! Said. WE DONT MEASURE WE ONLY INSTALL. After a run around with calls he tells my designer it was for the quote and he comes to measure! Horrible service. Guess I will go with American Home Depot.
No employees seemed like they wanted to be there, especially to get you the wood you paid for ‍ will be going elsewhere next time
An amazing store. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
