We had a great experience flying Frontier in and out of this little airport. Truly no frills, but we found it to be sufficient. Don't show up too early for the first flight because they close and don't open until 2 hours before departure. Once they opened they were efficient moving through the line to get checked in and bags checked. Security was easy, and there are plenty of seats to wait for the 2 gates. But outlets are a little scarce if you didn't plan well ahead. They do have a small convenience store/bar for the basics. Both flights were had were right on time and it's only $8/day to park which felt nice.
Overall a very satisfying trip from Trenton to West Palm Beach . The flight attendants on Frontier Airlines were friendly, helpful and seemed to be enjoying their roles as they served each guest. The aircraft was clean and the instructions were clear in delivery and everyone just seemed to be very polite and respectful. The pilot had a smooth takeoff and landing as well. I would definitely look into using this airline again. There is a huge change in the customer experience. I am grateful to be witnessing the improvements. Thanks!
Such a nice, small airport. There is only a very short wait for the TSA and they are pretty nice to the customers. Everything is clean and there are a lot of seats to wait for the plane. There is a little place to buy snacks and drinks as well. It only has Frontier airlines so make sure to check their website to get a flight that uses this airport.
100% awful. Avoid at all costs. One flight delay and the whole operation goes out of control. There are only 2 gates so it only takes one plane worth of people in the "terminal" before they shut down the whole TSA section forcing people to remain on the pre-security side. Frontier check-in counter staff was unprofessional - 4 people but all decided to ignore us to have a personal conversation. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
Can’t believe how convenient is to drop pick passengers here . Small airport but very convenient . Daily parkling rate 8$ only . Mostly frontier airways . I’m other airports , checkin and security takes 1 hour .. here it takes 5-10 mins easy checkout .. easy baggage claims . No restaurants though . Not much to eat . Overall liked this airport . Frontier is also cheap .. Atlanta tickets for 19$
Don't fly Frontier! Don't do it! They will cancel or delay your flight without warning, leaving you stranded. If you ask nicely they'll offer to put you on a flight out in two or three days. And no, they won't pay for the hotel. If you do decide to fly Frontier, make sure it's a trip where you wouldn't mind spending an unplanned extra day at either end. This oncludes connections - Frontier doesn't care one bit if their delays make you miss a connection. The custodians work hard to make the place functional and even add some tasteful decor, and I really wanted to five this place 5 stars for their sake. Unfortunately, TTN is only served by Frontier. Trying to make a good airport out of a place served only by Frontier is like trying to make a basketball star out of a quadriplegic. It simply isn't possible. also the bathrooms are rather small
Nice small airport. Gates are right after security. There are no jetbridges to board your plane; you have to go outside and board by ramp. Parking is very cheap $8/day.
I haven’t really tried flying through this airport, but I can definitely share a review about car rental. Enterprise is the rental service provider to my knowledge. Picking up car from parking lot feels little shady. You’d find no one around. If you arrived during a windy weather, then you will get a feel of haunted place at night. Lol. Just kidding. Apart from the car rental, the airport arrival & departure is pretty safe. You will find a cop car at the airport but not at the parking lot. I wish there was an additional security at the parking lot too. The drive way can sometimes be pretty confusing if you are a first timer. Update: Took a flight to Atlanta from this airport and I should say this airport is pretty good for a get away.
Horrible experience: Most unorganized place I’ve ever been: I fly about 20 times a year and never have I been treated so poorly. This worker Fiona probably early 20’s was bag checking and decided that my daughter’s personal item didn’t fit in their size checker. Take a look at the picture and you decide. They charged me $99 for her backpack that clearly fit in the sizer. Ready for this one- she says it’s the straps hanging out. Are you serious? I asked to take it out and turn it over and she refused. I will NEVER fly this airline again!
This is probably the smallest airport I have been to. All facilities are good, the 'T' in the word airport is missing on the outside the building, which I feel could be fixed.
