Unfortunately it is one thing to be a landscape contractor and on the side selling on merchandise via E-Bay that is counterfeit such as Lululemon clothing. If you operate in this manner it speaks volumes on how not to trust you for your apperant main landscape business as well. 

Thankfully there is the BBB that you have been reported to, while PayPal plus E-Bay agree on retracting funds on this fraudulant transaction. Here's some valuable advice, stick to one job at a time to develop proficiency,honesty and integrity.
