Well I am definitely going back. Been twice now. You just can't go wrong with the food here. And from my trips south this is the real thing. The smoked meats are amazing. People are so friendly and caring. If you get a chance to go for a drive or ride make sure you make this a pit stop. You won't regret it. Parking: Gravel and pad. Lots of bikes stop in so can't be all that bad. Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Eating outside and inside. One level .
Not all hero's ware a cape, this true to life Texan wares an apron. The food and service is always awesome I found my new favorite spot I can't wait to go back, this is what BBQ should taste like pure gold. Update I have been back and the experience keeps getting better, was here again today and heading back tomorrow, it's a 1 1/2hr drive for me and around $50 in gas in my Truck, so this should tell you how good the food and service is : Thanks Traylor Parker's Real Texas BBQ and Staff : Back again today 1 1/2 drive for me I am hooked on this place the food is amazing and service also, see you next weekend lol I wonder if they will let me move in This is my place LOVE LOVE LOVE It Amazing food and service, you can feel the love and hard work they put into the Amazing BBQ Sound like a broken record but back again and again and again LOL If I could give it more then 5 stars i would :
Tex is national treasure. The food was unreal. Everything was done to perfection. The ribs were world class and the "Boss" sandwich wasn't put down from first bite to last. The staff and owner were super nice and a real joy to be around. Good luck explaining to your mom/wife that the Banana pudding you had here is better than any sweet treat they've ever made. I'll be going back regularly.
This is the best bbq I have ever had. The brisket 1/2lb was so juicy and pre cut which was so awesome. I met Traylor and he was one of the nicest owners of a restaurant, he was kind and overall the coolest guy. Definitely coming back!
The best ribs we have ever had in Canada! Traylor was such an amazing host, he and his delicious ribs are not to be missed! You can't leave without having his homemade banana pudding, it's out of this world.
Excellent food and service. Food was hot, fresh and fast! Enjoyed chips and queso appetizer followed by Waxahachie Chicken sandwich and for me The Boss sandwich with an extra side of potato salad, all was delicious!
my boyfriend and it’s first time here! i drive by this place everyday to work and have been meaning to try and today was the day. it was delicious!! we split the brisket sandwich meal. got beans and coleslaw, sooo good and filling. will be back for sure to try their famous ribs. such a great local restaurant : I had to come back and leave another review. I wish i could leave another 5 stars lol, we had their ribs today and seriously the best we’ve had. They are doing one hell of a job! 10/10 on food and service! The staff was wonderful :
Definitely a taste of Texas and a pleasant surprise in this part of the country. Enjoyed the food and talking with the very busy owners.
Good food and good people. My dog and I stopped by for the second time on our way out to Earieau marina. First time had brisket on a bun and today we had the pulled pork. Both meals were excellent with good portions. I also really like the introduction of fries to the menu. The staff even brought out a little brisket for my dog. Will be back for sure!
Stopped for the amazing smell from the smokers, stayed for the delicious food! My husband and I got the BBQ Platter because the waitress said it was a sample of almost everything they had and let me tell you, we are glad we did, every single item was made to perfection - the only issue with it was that we had nothing to take home since it was too delicious not to finish every bite. Amazing food, amazing staff all around, and an amazing Texas BBQ atmosphere!
