Used this place in wasaga years ago and messed up our getaway!! Never got back to us, we found out days before day of depart, our flights were changed a month before this and no one told us!! We had to contact them to verify they had received all deposits, which they didn’t and were missing For ppl deposit cause they never contacted them!! So we had to get everything!! So yes me and my wife ended up doing all this work for them while we organized our wedding!! I also had confrontation with a worker here in wasaga when a lady from this place blocked my disabled mother in laws car!! I would never go here!!
Emailed this company for some brochures and info a trip, late on a holiday weekend evening. Had a response first thing on Tuesday morning, answering my questions. Maryann was pleasant and professional, even through all this crazy covid stuff. Thanks a lot for your help. Looking forward to booking with you!
