Definitely nothing special. Mattresses leave a lot to be desired, heat in the room didn't turn on to adjust, and it was quite cold. We heard others saying the same thing as well. Seemed fairly clean overall. The elevator sounded like it was essentially falling apart. Hotel needs some work and new amenities, but it works if you need somewhere to stay. Definitely a 2 star hotel
Terrible experience, rude staff, dirty, breakfast was all gone and when I mentioned to the desk clerk that lots of people weren’t getting food, she said well there’s not enough time to make more! The milk jug was empty & they refused to fill it up, broken hot tub switch, pool clock doesn’t work, banging on our door and calling our room @ 11:01 am asking when we are checking out! Never stay here
I have never been to a hotel thats made .e feel so comfortable.nThere are so OK with whoever you are... in most times because of how I look or who I'm with.I've been judged or automatically labeled in certain situations.nI will definitely be here staying again. Because this hotel is somewhere. I will always use until they close or whatever happens. Because that's how good this hotel treated me.n.
Pet friendly, $15 surcharge for pets which was very reasonable. Clean rooms and easy access to a dog park of sorts, just a grass field but it worked perfectly. Next to a Mr Mike's.
The staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially Marianne at the front desk - she makes you feel so welcome and appreciated. The front lobby feels more like a home living room that you are coming home to after a long days work. There are many house plants everywhere, lamps, a fireplace, leather chair and a nice large comfy couch. The housekeepers were so friendly and every day did a great job cleaning our room. The breakfast has a great selection - 3 walls of selection. Since this is an older hotel some of the furniture is dated, but what is excellent is the walls are thicker resulting in a very quiet stay.
