We checked in around 8 pm after traveling for 6 days, hoping to enjoy the last two days of our vacation. Instead, this hotel completely ruined it. The room we were given had a disgusting, unbearable smell. I immediately went to the front desk and asked the lady to change our room, but she said they were fully booked.I went back three times because the smell was too terrible, but she kept refusing to help. The front desk lady had absolutely zero customer service skills. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and unwilling to make any effort to resolve the issue. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant welcome I’ve ever received. Someone with that attitude should not be representing a hospitality business .My kids couldn’t even sleep in that condition.nFinally, at 12:30 am, another front desk staff member agreed to switch our room — something that should have been done right away,But that lady refused to change .nThis was supposed to be a relaxing end to our vacation, but instead it was stressful, disappointing, and absolutely unacceptable. If management thinks this is okay, then they clearly don’t care about their guests. I would never recommend or return to this hotel.
Room & bathroom clean but very shabby. Air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Sounded like a jet engine beside the bed. Obvious that no renovations have been done in a long time. Mattress has crater from multiple use. Only provided one tiny bottle of shampoo for 3 people & coffee supplies for 2. Hallways & elevator dirty. Washroom by reception out of order.Definitely lives up to its 2 stars & that’s being generous. Next visit I will pay the extra for a better hotel as the $ we saved was not worth staying there. We won’t be back!
For the price you pay this hotel is actually pretty good. Absolutely this hotel needs some updating in the rooms and the pool. The location is perfect. The pool and hot tub weren’t dirty any of the times we went. And the pool was a good size all things considered.
Not a great experience. There was no pillows. When we asked for a pillow for the bed we were told they ran out!!! The next morning we went to the front desk to ask for a pillow and was told someone will bring it to the room. No one ever showed up. The cleaning staff walked into the room at 8:30 am without knocking while we were asleep. Front desk staff kept trying to charge me again for a pet fee after showing her the receipt 3 times.
Dirty room, hair, lint, dust on the floor between the bed and bedside table, between the bed and the wall was disgustingly dirty, dust everywhere, was given another room, smelled of cigarette smoke with cigarette burns on the vanity, it wasn’t super clean but at least I couldn’t see actual hair on the carpet, it was still disgusting. The plug in was hanging out of the wall, the chair was ripped, it was old and run down like the rest of the hotel, the breakfast room was a joke, it was the size of 2 hotel rooms and serviced the whole hotel. Needless to say, the line up for coffee was 6 deep, and there was no seating available, signs that said we were not permitted to take food to our room, so we did not get a free breakfast with our stay. The pool area was dirty, waterside was closed, the water wasn’t even clear, debris in the water, it was very gross. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
