Went in for a new camper in 2014 salesman tried selling us a trailer that was too heavy for our vehicle. He said those tow ratings are only suggestions. We finally decided on one we thought we would like. we needed a brake controller installed on our vehicle we were told it would cost $200 and should only take a couple hours to install. Final bill came to over $500 and it took all day. They force us to take a "orientation" and charged us for it. It was a complete waste of time and money, the guy just showed us around the camper and the camper wasn't even clean. It was covered in mud. Their service department is lazy, we had some issues with things and sent it in for warranty work. They would either decide its not broken enough to warrant a repair, do a quick sloppy repair or even fight you on wether it should be covered under warranty. My decals were peeling off and I had to fight with them to get them replaced. I had to take photos of it and send it to them then they would send photos to jayco for approval. So their "hitch to bumper" warranty is only at their discretion. We ended up hating the trailer we got and went in for a trade in the next year and they insulted us with a $10,000 value, That is literally have of what we paid and it was only used one summer. I personally will not go to travelland again. I don't know about the other dealerships but I'll never use a dealership again. I'll buy private for now on.
