Travel Inn Portage

The staff is fantastic. They are kind, sympathetic to customer needs, and empathetic. Rooms are cleaned very well every day. If there is a complaint, the staff are right on top of fixing the issue to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Portage is awesome. I especially enjoyed Shenanigans. What a wonderful, inviting bar. The food is awesome.

My son check in there and checked right back out. The first thing he sees when he got in the room was a bed bug. He sent me a picture but I didn't know how to upload it. Not real tech savy. He made the front desk aware and they just said ok. So that leads me to believe they already know. Need to be reported

Your housekeepers never change the sheets never cleaned the bathroom. Had the same set of sheets from Oct 1 to Oct 22. I'll never stay here again. Had rotches in my bed and shower. Your beds are junk and your owner has no respect for the guest. Your tv were junk to. I'd give a zero but I can't use it.

Terrible place. WiFi is horrible and a trucking school houses it's students there. The convenience store gets it's inventory from Dollar Tree and turns around and adds 300% to the price. Smells bad and i found dead bed bugs.
