Course is in great shape! Beautiful layout. However, I spent time on the practice green and there was loud music. It didn't feel like a golf course with the blaring music. You can also hear the highway, I expected that but not loud music. When I play golf, I want to enjoy the golf course, not be forced to listen to music I didn't pick.
Food was great but manager was seriously rude. A group of us were waiting at the bar for 10 mins before a 1 of 2 bartenders acknowledged us, one had walked by many times although there were about 8 people there a group of 4, 2 & 2 , as soon as we finally got our drinks the manager swung by and rudely asked if there was anything she could do to get us back to our group. It was baffling.
Spent our Thanksgiving dinning on Everything & mean Everything! If you couldn't find what to love your taste buds were dead. Thank You Trapper's Staff for a Wonderful Thanksgiving. We Are Grateful!
Easter Sunday- food was excellent! A very large variety of buffets. Super friendly service. I would dine there anytime.
I didn't get pictures of the prime rib they took them back and gave us refunds some of the worst prime ribs I've ever seen. Everything else was just like monks food just sports bar food overpriced. Been here before was better last time.
Close second to Wild Rock in the Dells. 3 very different 9 hole layouts with great views a plenty. The patio is one of the best views of the course with great food and cocktails!
I did not have a chance to play the GC. Came for a wedding that was held here and it was fantastic from the food to the service. All the ammenties are top notch including what looked to be an incredible golf facilities and course. A hidden gem in my opinion!
Atmosphere and food were good. Sever was friendly and attentive. Will return.
Golfed 18 here and was a pretty fun day. They would not let us drive much off the paths because the grass was wet. It’s a more expensive course.
The venue is beautiful, great landscaping, the interior is great. The salad bar was fresh with good selections.I ordered the piccata walleye. It had a poor taste, and over salted. My husband ordered shrimp Alfredo, which was flavorless and poor texture. We were disappointed in the quality of the dinner. The hostess/waitress was apologetic because they sold out of a number of choices of tap beer, because the previous night they hosted a wedding, and the bar bill for that event was $10000. This was an inappropriate comment that should not have been disclosed to us. After paying our bill in cash, the same waitress shorted our change by $10.
