My friends and I had an awesome experience getting screeched in today. The bar was mostly empty and the owner gave us a whole performance screeching us in, it's something we will all always remember. Thanks a bunch!!!

Went to be Screeched In tonight! Was so proud to become an Official Newfoundlander!! Terry was very personable and entertaining as we went thru our ceremony with Lisa, Scott amd Joanne! Fun ,fun,fun!
Where a good beer and party come together.
Bartender was not friendly, no Ciders or even Guinness choices. Ok on Screech tradition...overall, there are better bars on George St. Shocked this is in top 10 in Canada.
Very interesting bar, and a fantastic bartender full of amazing stories and historical information of Newfoundland. I would not go to any other location to get screeched in either as this place is the best you could ever hope for.
Really enjoyed getting screeched in here. Trapper Bobby was a good laugh. He put on some show and had everyone in stitches. Would highly recommend this venue for completing your screeched in ritual!
I went there with the sole purpose of getting "screeched in". They conduct the ceremony every hour so I only had to wait 10 minutes. In the meantime the staff was very friendly and conversational. It was a great time.
