They called me because my account got suspended due to me trying to log in multiple times.. because i forgot my password. I was driving on my way home and told the guy that i wasnt in front of my computer because i am driving and he hung up on me.. i dont understand how they are still in business. So rude and unacceptable
They're useless, they never answer the phone! they should be shut down! What a disgrace!!!
NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! can never talk to a live representative even if you request it on the phone. Basically have to go in to talk to someone and you cant dothat either! Whole thing is a joke. Update your services ASAP!
Be careful. They want to steal money from you. if you purchase for one month subscription, they will automatically renew the subscription for the month after it without notifying or mentioning in their website. They already steal 16 CAD from me.
