We have used this company for the last 5 years. They have been very good with transporting our vehicle to Florida--however, when they damaged our antennae on our Jaguar they WOULD NOT and ARE NOT TAKING responsible for paying for the damage. When the car left Florida the car WAS checked out and there was NO problem with anything. The driver of the transport put the broken antennae in a black garbage bag on the front seat of our vehicle---sent the pictures to Laberge 3 weeks ago and was told the claims department would get back to us. We did not hear from them. We did not want to wait any longer and proceeded to have the antennae replaced and fixed to the tune of $400.00. Sent the paid bill to Lebarge. When we finally got them today---their claims customer service department leaves a whole lot to be desired. Even with the pictures they are not taking responsiblity for looking after it and blaming us. Make sure when and if you use this transport company that all the i's are dotted and all the t's are crossed. Claims customer service?????????

Laberge a brisé ma voiture et le patron a refusé de payer la facture en entier. Il n’a payé que 200$ sur 450$. Ne faites pas affaire avec eux. La compétition est meilleure pour le même prix et même moins.
