Transport J P Pigeon Inc

I was travelling eastbound on Highway 401, in the middle lane, at Oshawa, ON on April 2, 2014 when a JP Pigeon Inc flatbed passed me on the right when, without warning, pulled into my lane when he was half the way past me. I was forced to brake severely to avoid a collison. I then passed the truck to get the company name phone # & other info off the truck so I could report the wreckless driver. I called the company, spoke to a Marc Bisson who claimed to be a safety & compliance officer, and was assured Mr. Bisson would call me back on the 3rd. Mr Bisson did not call back on the 3rd & when I called him on the 4th he was no longer interested in addressing the fact that his driver had put my life at risk. A very, very unsafe & irresponsible company. Shipper Beware!!
