I’ve been waiting at the stop since 1:30 pm today. I know on Sundays buses come every hour, but if the next bus doesn’t show up, it makes people late for their shifts. Today I was waiting for bus #7. On Google Maps it first showed the bus was delayed from 1:42 to 2:02, but then suddenly it showed the bus had already departed on time. I was sitting there for half an hour and no bus came. It’s really frustrating to be left waiting like this.nPlease look into this issue and make sure buses show correctly on the app so passengers don’t get stuck waiting.
is it 1990? why can i only pay in loonies and toonies? why cant i tap to pay? why is the terminal only open 5 hours a day 6 days a week? why cant i renew my card on a sunday? why cant i renew my card online? my card expired a saturday that i was busy, i need to go out on a sunday. but i cant walk to the terminal and renew my card because the terminal is maddeningly closed all day sunday. when this transit service is a necessity for many people it needs to be more accessible and reliable. buses come very infrequently and often not on time. why do the routes change at night? why is everything so confusing? i hate this!!!!
Worst service of bus number 9. I was waiting for the bus at Lynden Park mall and was tracking the bus from Brantford transit tracker. It was 2 minutes away but it didn’t come at lynden. Driver skipped 186 stop number Lynden Park Mall.nHate the Brantford bus service station.
Didn't know platform locations changed for one of the buses I needed today. Luckily I happened to have enough time to find the new location of the number two bus. Number nine is still on the same place but watch out. Most of the others are now relocated.
Bus service of route 9 is too bad. On daily basis I wait for the bus for 40 minutes. While service of bus number 7 is superb.nThere is need to improve the service of bus number 9.
