Great beach with multiple facilities for everyone from 1 to 100 years. LADYSMITH does many things well and Transfer Beach is good example. The Christmas lights is another. I was there for the annual “Brits on the Beach” car show. Great fun with good variety and all types from non to REAL enthusiasts.
One of the nicest beaches in ladysmkth, they keep it very clean and well kept. They have food trucks here, a playground, and a spray park. There is a picnic shelter thru the rotory club call to book and beach volleyball as well as kayak and paddleboard rentals. They also have horse shoe pits and a great dog park. It's an awesome beach to take the family to for the day!
How lucky Ladysmith is to have this restful place with lots of benches, and some picnic tables both covered & uncovered. The washrooms, beach and grassy areas are all clean. Great views out to sea and i imagine in the summer a nice place to swim ans wade in
This was my first time to Transfer Beach. It was an absolutely beautiful setting for an amphitheatre John Barsby's School of Rock music program entertained everyone there while the crowd kept yelling for MORE and the end of their set.
Rocky/ grassy beach.nGreat place to go with family and friends.nLots of benches available, so you’ll be good even if you don’t go with your chair.
