Lana was terrific to deal with. She is very knowledgeable in the travel industry and listened to our every need and the results were great. Not only is she an excellent agent but also a very concerned individual who has time with each of her clients. She is a great listener, responds quickly to your questions and very understanding with people who have mobility issues. I certainly will be using her again when do go on another vacation.

In 2019 Lana Hayes helped us with our first cruise and Vegas trip. She was so helpful. In 2020 we had returned to Lana to book Alaska cruise. Unfortunately covid hit To current time Lana helped us with my retirement trip. Las Vegas With all the new rules since covid, seemed to overwhelm me . Lana has been there every step of the way. Even with my calls and messages We leave September 18 and without Lana and her expertise I'm not sure I would be ready to go. She is absolutely amazing giving her time to assist. Our travel requirements were dealt with effortlessly by Lana in a timely and professional manner. She instantly understood our needs and offered solutions which met our budget requirements and ticked all of the boxes. We highly recommend engaging Lana for all of your travel arrangements. She's a stellar individual in all aspects. In this day and age having a painless experience in arranging travel is rare indeed. We will engage Lana in all of our future travel plans.
Gina Afan and Transat Travel, where have you been all this time? This is my first time using a travel consultant to book a vacation, my preference before was doing thing myself online. Well, I've seen the light and am a believer now! In the today's new normal I wanted someone to do the leg work, provide me options, the best price and make the bookings. From the moment I connected to Transat, Gina a joy to work with, she most definitely knows her stuff. She gave me many options, and, she was very knowledgeable with suggestions on places to see and where to stay and eat. I finally bit the bullet and made a booking with Gina, a cruise to the Mediterranean, my itinerary was jam packed with activities with many places of beauty. I may need a vacation to recover :- I would most definitely call upon Gina for my future travel and would without hesitation recommend her to anyone for their plans.

Very happy with my experience! I have not travelled except weekend trips, for quite a few years even pre-Covid. Thus, I found researching a trip and doing the other planning overwhelming. Several people tried to say that I don't need a travel agent, everybody books their own trips now, etc. etc. but I felt having a professional in my corner was a wiser choice. Lana is super friendly and was very helpful with my particular wish list, and made good suggestions to get the most out of my travel points vs paying for things. I felt it was very worthwhile to work with a TA for the peace of mind. I'd recommend Lana to anybody wanting to work with a travel agent! **Update** September 12th I had to sadly cancel my reservation for a Maui holiday due to serious illness. Lana had to spend almost 1.5 hours on the phone with the airline and points company to undo all the work she'd done for the original booking and to ensure I now have options for the future. She worked so hard with her bright smile and professionalism intact. I felt so bad for all the work she did for me, for nothing. But I left even more impressed with her than ever and I still highly recommend Transat and especially Lana. Thank you Lana you are a star.
