Please, do yourself a favor, take your money to a place where they actually value your business and show integrity for their work. This RV business severely lacks know-how. I wouldn't trust these men to change the tire on my bicycle.
Took my trailer there for a frost sensor and propane regulator recall in oct 2022. When I picked trailer up they hadn't done frost sensor and had to wait for them to do it at pick up and they broke my trailer emergency cable brake off. They said they changed the regulator so I carried on. Summer 2023 still getting recall notices in the mail and turns out they didn't change that either. A embarrassment of a business. Do not take your trailer here these guys couldn't organize a 1 man parade. Circus show is all it is.
En route to our campground with our new trailer we were experiencing major sway. We stopped in to see if Trans Canada RV could help us out. The service team helped figure out our problem and quickly installed a used friction sway control right then and there. We were all fixed up and back on the road in 20 minutes. Saved our trip!nnMy son had fun looking at the big selection of ATVs, snowmobiles and side by sides during our short wait. He even got to check out a kids ATV that he loved.nnThe staff were exceedingly friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
My fiancee and I bought a used RV through this dealership. We were told we would get a walk through on how it works we didn't and have been left guessing. The Jack's are faulty and have problems retracting. The hot water heater will not fire. We have used it three times since the spring began and today the back tire blew on the highway. The tire guy said the suspension airbags are blown and the tires are stamped with 2004. Our RV is from 2004. We had to buy two new tires because our spare tire is seized and cannot drop down. That's ok though because it's bald and cracking anyways. So that will be a third tire to purchase. The carpet they installed is coming off. They built us a dinette that collapses when it's made into a bed. We have a spout that runs water everywhere and doesn't shut off. We have called multiple times and we are brushed off or ignored or told it's our fault. We bought last November and it snowed the next day. We have used it within a 1 hour radius three times. We were told repeatedly that this was safe vehicle and that thus vehicle was gone over with a fine tooth comb.nnBuyer beware!!
I was driving bu trans canada rv and it reminded me of this time I ran out of gas 1 km down the highway. I walked to trans canada rv and asked for help and the owner or manager got me some gas and drove me back to my vehicle. Super nice guy. Would recommend them for any rv or atv need.
