I never gave this place permission to bill my insurance or see my daughter, who is under 10 years old. My lawyer is getting involved due to their unethical and unjust business practices. My daughter has had adverse effects and has been acting out in her behaviors since seeing Joanna Dempsey.
I have been seeing Mindy for about four months and I am very happy with her understanding of my problems. She is very easy to talk to and I never feel rushed. She has provided me with many valuiable tools and ways to cope with the grief of loosing a parent. Her memory of recalling what we talk about is amazing.
I have been to many therapists over the years with no results. Some made me feel worse about myself and others were very unprofessional. Also, many don't take insurance. Therefore, I was very leary about going to another although it was needed. Since I have been out of work for 2 years and due to health issues can't drive too far, I was looking for a therapist who was nearby and accepted insurance. To my surprise, I found exactly what I was looking for at Tranquil Solutions Counseling Center in Downingtown. Not only do they take insurance if you don't have insurance, will work with you, but is 10 minutes away from me. I contacted the director of Tranquil Solutions, Mindy Bell, to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised. Mindy made me feel so comfortable that I felt like I was chatting with a friend and didn't feel like I was being judged. I highly recommend Tranquil Solutions. After my first appointment, I felt like I could breathe and a weight was lifted off my shoulders .
Amazing lady! Very easy to talk to and outgoing. Staff was extremely helpful and patient. Also has flexible hours and convenient location! Highly recommend tranquil solutions! Will not disappoint!
Very friendly, polite, and understanding.
I missed one session while away for vacation and they never reached out to me again. Even when I messaged my therapist I got no response.
