Brand new terminal building for the Trail Airport which I recently experienced the first time and for anyone that has flown in and out of Trail, it's a night and day difference from the previous terminal building.
The new terminal building is very nice; its large and open, clean, had a couple of flex spaces to do work if needed and the best part is the large seating area which gives you a direct view of the planes.
One bad thing about the airport is the feee wifi that they offer. For some reason they chose to operate their own hotspot which was so slow it was unusable at the time I was there. It would be way better if they just added a Shaw Go hotspot for the convenience of travellers. If it wasn't for the crappy wifi I would have rated 5 stars.

Friendly staff in this tiny little airport. Planes here usually have a much easier time getting in and out than cancelgar, however there may occasionally have issues. Was touch and go when I went through.

Ok; first off, where are the photos? Secondly, how big is this "Regional" airport? I have been trying get a phone number from the website, but had to google it instead! I tried to contact someone and all I get is an answering machine? What kind of rinky-tink outfit is this? I had my 80 year old father-in-law waiting to take off to Kelowna for 2 hours now!
