They just go to court and plead to a lesser fine and that's considered winning to them. So Insurance will also go up at the same time you will pay a smaller fine but that is offseted by what these guys charge you. They are like friends with the prosecutor and they don't even try to fight anything. They just agree on a middle point and that is it. Do yourselves a favor and stay away.
