My wife and I moved to Highfield just over a month ago, Since moving in we have ordered from here several times. The food has always been spot on and we have never waited more than 30 minutes. The price is fair and the portions are large. Overall we are glad to have a good pizza place so close to home.

Have ordered from Traditional tons of times and never really had an issue other then fries being under cooked in my poutine but because I live around the corner I have always ordered from there and supported the business. I ordered fish Sunday evening in my order and it had a slime residue which I noticed on the first bite. It left a gross sticky film on my lips.. Being from Newfoundland and a fisherman’s Daughter I knew the fish wasn’t supposed to have a slime film inside of it. I decided to call Traditional and was told “We have sold lots of fish and never had an issue”.. (which of course doesn’t mean anything because there are people who don’t complain, throw the food out without calling, or just don’t notice/care.) I ensured I only took one bite and it could be inspected. He told me the Manager would call me the Next day without offer of partial refund or another order. Thankfully my company shared their food with me. It is now Wednesday evening and I have not had a phone call or follow up whatsoever. It is disappointing to have supported a business, never complain even when I could have and the one time I do complain, I am basically called a lier. As a single Mother and most people in this city, I don’t have disposable income. This situation was dealt with very poorly and considering their competition is only a few blocks away I would imagine it is very easy to have dissatisfied customers switch to Alexandra’s!

All items on the menu are inconsistent, and made with sub par ingrédients. They also like to run sketchy "contests" on social media to get free advertising, but dont announce the winners so they can avoid giving anything away. Also if you have a problem with your order they take hours to fix it and have terrible customer service. Avoid this place if you want a good bite to eat.

It's cheap. The food's good, not too greasy. Service is quick. I love their Donairs!
