Allen Tam is the broker at this location, my personal experience with him has been a shockingly unprofessional, never trust his words (SCAM) Our deposit for keys was told would be mailed to us, during the exit inspection, to which we agreed just to find out 15days later they had no intention of releasing it. Our key deposit is being held back to apparently to paint the unit, we had left the unit immaculate condition. Taking $300 key deposit is unethical on so many principles, we paid you guys all the rent for 11months upfront is not enough........Greedy soon become the needy. KARMA.
