Wonderful heat pumps. We are quite pleased with our MITSUBISHI Heat Pumps. They are reliable in our cold winters. Have not needed to use back up in the coldest of temperatures. The installation was done in a professional manner. They were courteous and very helpful in explaining how to use it. Had ours for 5 years now and we got them to come over for a cleaning a couple of times and they did a great job. Very pleased. Would recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump since it is made for OUR WINTERS and of course for those hot and humid days!

We have had 2 Mitsubishi heat pumps for years. We bought them from Tradewinds and are VERY satisfied. We love those machines. We have never had to use our back-up heating system. They work well in very cold weather. Could not ask for a better machine for heating our home. AND we have the bonus of cooling in the summer for those muggy humid days. We've had EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Tradewinds installed 2 mini splits at our home and another at our fishing camp. Great service, nice a clean when then left - very happy.

I have been waiting over 2 and a half months for my heat pump to be fixed. I have called the company repeatedly and I keep getting told they will call me back. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this company.
