Dr. Dillon and his staff are amazing! I had to book my appointment a little far out but the women at the front desk called me every time they had an appointment slot open to try to get me in sooner. I was very nervous to remove three of my wisdom teeth but Dr. Dillon made me feel so well informed and comfortable. He and his team were very patient and answered all of my questions. The night of my surgery I got a call from both the office and Dr. Dillon himself. They really made me feel cared for. I highly recommend this office.

I had my surgery on October 20,2022 . I had four teeth removed including 2 wisdom teeth. Boy it's been a challenge but Dr.dillon is very caring and knowledgeable. I'm still healing of course and my healing process is coming along . He is patient and he took his time even though my teeth was challenging to come out laugh out loud . But I have nothing but positive feedback and ratings. Thank you God bless

This office is AMZING!!!! THEY ARE MY NEW FAMILY! They removed six teeth for me and treated me like I was a superstar. I've been to three other dentists and they are far above any other location. Ms. Diane... I call her auntie Diane and the crew were top notch. They provide you with white glove service from beginning to end. They even follow up with you once you leave just to give you words of comfort. Rosa.. Lady B, Little Mrs Diane and Doctor Dillon are true miracle workers. For me it wasnt even so much about the cost or the actual dental work itself. FYI fair prices, Cream of the Crop Dental work but it was about their customer service. And the experience. They treat you like family. As I'm writing this review Dr Dillon called to check on me. Its literally 10pm at night. Listen NO ONE LIKES going to the dentist. But these guys make the experience amazing! Cant wait to see my new family again. Any oral surgery I ever have to have... implants for example. I'm definitely calling these guys and you should too!!

Dr.Dillon is good but he needs to Clean house starting With his OFFICE MANAGER DIANNE she's running off his business ! With disrespectful attitudes, lying & not doing her job !

Our experience with this office was very disappointing and unprofessional! My son's first consultation appointment in February of this year, he was waiting to be seen for over an hour - even though he had an appointment. His consultation was to assess his 3 wisdom teeth for extraction and he was set for surgery at the end of March 2022. The day of the surgery Ms. Diane called to let me know that his fourth wisdom tooth needed to be removed, which was interesting considering that was not the case in the consultation, increasing our bill on the day of by $1K unexpectedly. 3 months later I received a bill from Emory Healthcare for a procedure that was done to him on that day that was an additional charge on top of the wisdom tooth extraction. I had to chase down multiple sources to even understand what this bill was for considering I knew I already paid for his procedure that day. We ended up discovering that Dr. Dillion did a Decalcification Procedure while my son was sedated, and neither my son nor I was informed of this procedure? I have reached out to Ms. Diane and Dr. Dillion to understand the nature of this procedure and they have yet to clarify why it was done and what the results are. I have called his office multiple times and they will not return my call. The lack of communication and transparency on a serious procedure is concerning and I do not appreciate that I wouldn't even know it happened if I didn't receive an additional bill and follow up myself. Again, makes me question the lack in transparency and is extremely disappointing.

Dr. Dillon and his staff are extremely personable and professional! The services rendered to my daughter during her procedure exceeded our highest expectation. Dr. Dillon even called and checked on her the evening of her surgery. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery. We are very grateful!

THE OFFICE MANAGER DIANNE IS VERY IMMATURE, RUDE , DISRESPECTFUL & A COMPULSIVE LIAR she cares about NO ONE TALKS OVER YOU WHILE YOURE TALKING ! THIS LADY HAS A VERY NASTY DEMEANOR.! I'D SUGGEST WALKING IN OR EMAILING THE DR HIMSELF !

I pulled this surgeon's name off my insurance list after the surgeon my dentist referred me to could not get me in for a consultation on an implant. Called on 4/18/22 to schedule and was booked for Wednesday 4/20 @ 1:30 PM. The staff called on 4/19 to confirm and to ask me to arrive at 1:45 PM. I arrived at 1:20 with the expectation that there was paperwork that I needed to complete. I signed in and noticed there were two other people who had the same appointment time as me - not normally a cause of concern, but in this case it was. Including me, six of the nine seats in the waiting area were occupied. 5 of us were still waiting at 2:30 when I approached the receptionist and told her that I could no longer wait. The office manager urged me to stay and ran off to get the dentist. He chatted with me quickly and said what his implant process normally was - when he mentioned a bone graft, I questioned this and said that shouldn't he examine me before he could say I would need a bone graft. He said that I would get a 3d image at no cost shouldn't that be included?. I sat for a couple of xrays and 3D image, then had a very brief conversation with the dentist while he reviewed the images. He took a cursory look at the tooth in question and that was it. He told the office manager what the treatment plan would be and for her to write it up. She told me that she would send it to me on 4/25 because she needed some time and would be off on Friday 4/22. I was not given a receipt for the "consult" nor have I received the treatment plan as of 4/27. I will not be using this surgeon.

Dr. Dillion and staff are absolutely amazing. They were all so warm and personable, from the front dest staff, billing, nurses to Dr. Dillon himself. I got surgery this morning and they answered all of my questions/concerns, Dr. Dillon even drew me a picture to help me visualize my procedure. My procedure went perfectly, I felt safe and in good hands the whole time. Then later that evening Dr. Dillon called me to see how I was adjusting to my medications and the progress of my recovery. This was the best dental/medical experience I've ever had hands down. THEY ROCK!!! R.J. 12/31/2020

I went to get 2 wisdom teeth removed. Before surgery Dr. Dillion explained everything to me and although I was nervous, the surgery was done within 20 minutes. They said when I woke up, I couldn't believe they were done lol. Dr. Dillion called me later that night to check on me. The healing period has not been challenging. Overall, great experience.
