This appears to be a troubled store. The other stores in VT have been great; this one lacks in many areas.

Stopped in Saturday may 14 to buy four 10" hanging flowering baskets at the fabulous advertised sale price if $7.99. Was told they had none.....that a gentleman had come in the day before and bought all 20 that they had. I was there around noon on Saturday and the sale was thru the next day. Upon coming home I rechecked the flyer to see if there was anything in the ad about it being limited to stock on hand or while supplies last. There was nothing stated about that but I did learn by reading the flyer a little closer that they do issue rainchecks for advertised sale items they run out of. Would have been nice if the sales associate had offered me a rain check! My husband tells me this is a very common occurrence at this particular Tractor Supply - they often do not have enough sales stock on hand. Very irritating. I'll be sure to pass on my experience 'cause we all know negative experiences get shared with 20 people versus a positive one to many less. Its too bad when the only answer you seem to get is that "we don't have any control how much they send us" because I worked retail for 20 years and know that this is only partially true. In store management does have a voice and input to most stock orders!!
