Very bad customer service…all the counter guys are so bad with the customer…they have to have some good behaviour
Would love it however bought 18L hydraulic oil 46 clear and when I got home it wasn't. The oil was brown and the pail was labeled clear. I have been buying this product at different places for years but at Traction I was sold a different color than what was said on the container. I called them to resolve this problem the staff was helpful but at the end of the day I was stuck with what I bought. Buyer beware.
I am go there for parts . To much rude behavier . We are the human beings . Nobody is not a king on this stolen land . Mind it
They don't care customer .They given me wrong part then not return. Very rude customer service .
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and you can pretty much describe a part and they know exactly what you're looking for! Which is awesome!
