Tracey's Old Fashion Ice Cream

We visited this dairy bar over the long weekend, the heat was excessive so we decided to stop in for ice cream. There was no air conditioning in the store, which made it very hard for the kids to eat their ice cream with out it melting extremely fast. There were fans but they seemed to increase the heat. The ice cream was very good, but was more of a soup as the freezers could not keep up with the heat and one seemed to be broken which cut down on variety available. I will definitely try this ice cream again hopefully it will not be as hot.

Tracey's Dairy great place in a little town and much better than going to DQ at least you know what you are eating and honestly you can't complain about the size of iced cream for the price you pay. I have to say that for the few people that actually work there they do a fairly good job getting everyone served quickly and after reading the comments above have to say that I've never seen rude behavior from the staff. I have nothing to gain I'm just a local I can tell you its summer and there is a lot of out of town people here due to vacation and many just want to complain, at the end of the day you need to go for yourself and make your own choice.

I had 1 scoop of the Berries 'R Wild - Vanilla ice cream with blueberries, raspberry & strawberry puree. It was very lacking in blueberries, raspberries and I did have 1 chunk of strawberry. The others with me both had the vanilla/chocolate soft serve and had no complaints. Not the worst ice cream, but not the best either. I will give them another try if I am ever in Douglas. We were there today, July 2nd. There were 2 girls working and one was as nice as could be, but the other needed to not be there. I asked her to show me the size of the cups so I could decide if I wanted small or medium, she snapped that it was 1 scoop or 2. She was having a bad bad day on such a hot day.

This is our go-to place for good ice cream.

Amazing icecream at the local dairy. The staff are friendly, there are many flavours to choose from. Never a disappointment, unless your icecream falls off the cone.

Tracy;s Dairy is the best place to go for a good treat of ice cream I am in a electric wheelchair and a few years ago me and my best friend on Canada Day we totally decorated our wheelchair and went all over town but the best fun of all we had that night is when we went into to Tracy Dairy they couldn't believe what we had done with our chairs and that we were both disabled they just loved what we had done plus they also gave us each the biggest ice cream cone I ever seen we sat at table and enjoyed visiting with the people in there and before we left a a elderly couple gave us each coupons for 10 free ice cream cones you would never regret going to Tracy Dairy plus it's very clean and the staff are so friendly thank you Tracy Dairy

Awesome place. First time there and it was pretty good. I dropped my double scooped ice cream. The girl replaced it and didnt charge me.

Awesome place with a huge ice cream seleciton. I little off the beaten path if you're travelling through, but worth the trip off the highway!

If you like ice cream, and are driving through renfrew this place is a MOST stop. Incredible ice cream, the best.

Love the ice cream. Great selection, great staff.
