People in the store are nice but technicien are mean and incompetent.nI paid for closing and opening the pool.nThey come to open they didnt finish now they are asking me to ask my husband to do it. I told them he is not home . I was told he should find time to do when we paid
It took a while until someone came to offer help. Since I was just interested in buying parts they did not gave me that much of attention. But if you say you want to buy a spa or a pool, they will treat you very well.
Worst service EVER! Have been having non stop problems with a brand new pool since last year that I still haven't stepped a foot in. Every time you call and make an appointment to fix something they set a date and never show up, then when you call back to see why they didn't show up they make excuses that it's the systems fault. Terribly installed the pool liner last year, came to fix it this year, now my pool is leaking ever since they came and fixed the liner and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Don't waste ypur money here widh I could get my 90,000 back for this garbage service, completely unacceptable!
Lots of service and expertise for new pools, but inexperienced staff in the pool maintenance department. Did not have compatible parts. They suggested I change all my connections to fit their hardware. I asked if my purchases were refundable, in case I found what I was looking for elsewhere which I did. I saved myself hours of labour and frustration by shopping elsewhere. However they would not refund the glue. A small sign says so. I would have appreciated it if the clerk had said as much when I asked.
Very bad experience My pool has quite a few bumps at the bottom and they sold me a 400$ ladder that broke within 4 days and because of that i have a hole in my pool the pool was installed on july 1st and already im having problems i also took and électricien that trevi recommended and added to my finace and charged me 1500$ when the électricien came was very rude and unprofessional telling us u will need to pay 350$ today or i wont install your thermopompe... thats not what i was told in store i was told that all charges where added to my finace and as for the ladder they gave me a step which i had askes for à ladder with security door that locks cause I have no more deck they gave me a step instead so i had to fo échange it for a ladder with the door that closes and i was charged 170$ difference in store when it was supposed to be on my finace and they did a mistake so why should i have to pay for there mistake I was told by the director that the seller who sold me the pool is his best seller and that he doupts that he told me that and that there was a misunderstanding between me and the seller when we where 2 people there and can both confirm that that's what we said and he told us ok i will échange the step for the ladder but completely forgot and received a step instead and also you dont bring a palette to a clients house and just drop it off in the driveway i live in rdp and thermopompes are being stolen so i had to unwrap the palette bring everything in the back yard and re wrap the palette .... I wanna be credited for my ladder and credited for the 350$ extra i had to pay for the électricien but it seems to complicated i have to place a servoce call and could take a few days before i get a call back or someone to come check out my problem.... honestly quality wise trevi has better pool frames but service wise i dont recommende trevi mascouche very bad experience and i hope they deal with this as soon as possible cause i just bought for 13k and if they dont do anything i will have them pick up there pool and everything and go with another company
