I love TP Tea! Very flavourful. Amazing. Lots of parking and quick service! Friendly staff. Wish there was more locations, best cup out of all the bubble teas spots! You need to try salt cheese!
TPTea has always been a bit more expensive, but their drinks are well made. Quality of the work is very good. Will always come back here and I’m glad that they have this location here too.
Great place for an exotic experience for your tastebuds. Normally I go to other popular bubble tea chains, but drove by TP Tea and thought I'd give it a shot. The bubble tea BBT was a little pricey $8.50 for the mango pomelo sago tea jelly, but totally worth it. With the normal feel of a typical bubble tea, TP Tea offers premium toppings with their drinks which adds an additional dimensiom of flavour. The high-quality toppings justify the higher price tag. Overall, not your place for quick, cheap BBT, but an excellent choice if you're feeling something great and different. Would come again.
Won a giveaway from TP Tea to try their new grapefruit series and they're both SO good! The grapefruit iced tea w/ aloe was my favourite and I just found it super refreshing. It was also my first time trying this place and I'm already impressed haha. I'll for sure come back to try their other drinks! Thanks for having me :
I don’t normally give 1-star to any place but here’s how my experience was at this store. I know TP tea cashiers couldn’t speak Mandarin. But I forgot when I made the order and the cashier lady spoke with a look that made me uncomfortable, saying “I don’t understand Mandarin, can you speak English” can’t remember exactly what she said but it was something like this. I’m ok with the cashier speaks up, but the way she looks at me when she said this really made me uncomfortable, it makes me feel like I should be ashamed ordering using Mandarin. And when my friend ordered the drink and would like to have half of the sugar, she ‘s got the same look on her face at my friend and saying the sugar level was fixed…. We’re buying your drinks AND SERVICE and when you work, you better put on your best face and treat us nicely like a customer. I don’t think I have got the kind of service I should deserve. So if the management see my review. Please apologize sincerely and maybe you should get a better cashier who knows how to SERVE CUSTOMERS.

I went to this store with the happy feeling until I saw the lady who is a cashier. She had a bad attitude to customers. She rudely suggested ice/sugar and looked askance at me and my friends. I used to buy some in ThornHill location, it was a good experience. However, I am totally disappointed in Vaughan location. Remember that at this time, nobody in this store, only me and my friends. I hope TP Tea team could re-work with employees and teach them how to serve customers. We pay for services, we don’t ask anything for free. Thanks.
Came here since my friend recommended me to try it. I ordered the pink salt cheese crema black tea. The service was a little lacking since the cashier was a little rude. I asked if they could add crema to the pearl milk tea and she replied with "crema?! Whats that?"... Confused that she didn't know what crema was since its called that on the menu. However the drink was pretty good and the inside has cute wall decor.
I would give 5 star for the drink and millions star for the staff who make the tea, I don’t know who is he but he is really handsome and generous.
We can customise the ingredients and the taste is much better than other chain Taiwan tea houses.
